好多學生見到 DSE 英文 proposal 格式 就即刻諗住：「要寫報告？要寫 letter？」其實唔係咁複雜。
Proposal 呢種文體，核心係「講清楚問題」＋「提出具體建議」＋「講明點樣做」，而唔係堆 facts 或寫到好似一篇散文。

呢段一般一兩句 already 足，唔好太長。
Body：每段一項建議（Recommendations）
Body 建議分成 2–3 段，每段集中一個建議，每個建議都係一條線：建議 → 詳細做法 → 時間／負責人 → 預期好處。
建議句式示例：

執行細節（How + Who + When）：

呢類句子唔係為咗「好聽」，而係為咗 show 你係真係有立場同見解，唔係一篇空 talk。
格式重點（考場一頁速查）
你可以喺考前背到：
Title：
必寫，直接呼應題目，用「Proposal for …」。
Introduction：
1 段，講背景同一句清楚目的。
Body：
2–3 段，每段一項建議，結構：

1 段，重申建議＋呼籲批准。
語氣要：formal、有禮、用 should / would / could，唔好用 will 或口語。
常見失分位同避免方法
建議太模糊：
常犯：只寫「學校應該多做活動」，冇說明做乜、點做、時間、誰負責。
建議做法：每段建議都寫到 1–2 個可執行步驟同時間表。
語氣不對：
常犯：太口語或用「you must」等命令語氣。
建議：用「It is recommended that…」、「We would suggest…」、「The committee could…」等委婉句式。
忽略題目要求：
常犯：冇睇題目有冇寫「須提供預算」或「目標群體」。
建議：入場前即刻圈 key words，Intro 一定要呼應題目指示。
