要留意的是，像 In conclusion、To sum up 這類轉折語可以用，但不要每篇都照抄同一個開頭，否則文章會很機械。
常見錯誤
最致命的錯誤有三個。第一，結尾突然拋出新 idea，例如 body 沒講過的政策、數據或例子。第二，把 introduction 原封不動搬過來，只是換幾個字，這樣會令結尾顯得冗贅。第三，結尾太空，例如只寫 That’s why this is important，但沒有明確總結。
另一個常見問題是語氣不配題型。比如 formal report 不應該用太情緒化的 ending，而 informal letter 也不需要寫得像官方公告。
最穩陣策略
